Each company has smaller or larger equipment. It can be furniture, tools or electronic equipment. As the company grows, the number of items increases. Managing them becomes a common problem then. Our client needed a tool that would help him control it. 

Objective

“Comfortable management of the assortment in the company” – this was the slogan that accompanied us when planning the application and defining its main functions. We wanted the client to be able to control all the existing office equipment as well as newly purchased resources in a simple and transparent way.

Implementation

Our team has created an easy-to-use application that  you can use to:

  • Register new equipment.
  • View a complete list of manufacturers and equipment types.
  • Add a new manufacturer and hardware type to the list.
  • Report damage to the device.
  • View equipment and damage reports.
  • Complete the information about the invoice or serial number.

Technologies

The application was created using the Webcon platform.
